Sophia develops a specific internet marketing strategy for each property which encompasses a powerful mix of marketing tools including Youtube video tours, blogging, social media marketing, mobile apps, print media, and when appropriate touching on effective methods such as targeted direct-mail marketing. Sophia’s highest priority is to keep her clients well-informed on the progress of their home purchase or sale and empower her customers with resources and tools to help ensure their overall satisfaction; anticipating a need in advance.

Sophia has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ePro designations.  She received her BFA from the Savannah College of Art & Design in video and film production and uses her highly specialized creative and organizational skills in the real estate industry. She grew up in a family of real estate investors, entrepreneurs, is the daughter of a retired architect, and her mother was the VP of the once notable publishing company for Southern Homes magazine; a premier luxury lifestyle magazine featuring prominent Southern Homes in the 80’s and 90’s.

Sophia is the wife of one of Tampa’s notable contemporary artists, Edgar Sanchez Cumbas. She an active mother, blogger, enjoys yoga, the arts, outdoor adventures, and seeking balance in life. Sophia and her family are long time residents of Davis Islands and appreciate the relaxed waterfront living that it offers.
