I wanted to personally write and thank you for your assistance with the recent sale of our home and purchase of a new home. Specifically, I wanted to let you know what a superior job your associate, Gail Bernucca, did for Jason and myself.

I knew Gail personally before asking her to represent us in our recent move. I would not have asked for her help were I not already confident she would be the best person for the job. Gail lived up to every notion I had of her as a realtor and businessperson. She aggressively marketed our home, creating a beautiful and effective brochure, and a virtual tour that frankly showed our home in a much better light than I could ever have expected. But I believe it was her ‘footwork’ that really did the job, personally dropping that brochure off at all real estate firms in North Tampa. Our old home was in a neighborhood in Lutz that was almost exclusively represented by only two or three firms. While we were having showings at least every other day, it was apparently not the case with some of the other homes on the market in my neighborhood. At one point, a ‘local’ realtor’s office questioned Gail as to whether we were getting any traffic, because they were not. Her hard work produced a flurry of offer activity, which allowed us to sell our house at list without a contingency, and in record time, a rare accomplishment in my experience!

On the other end, her tough negotiating helped us to save several thousand dollars on our current home. This was a very stressful time for my husband and me, and Gail’s tireless efficiency allowed us to concentrate on the things we needed to get done without having to worry about the details. She referred us to the lender, and kept us on track time-wise to get the proper records to them, and was always ethical in her dealings with us and the other realtors, a trait that we didn’t always see with other realtors we dealt with.

I have absolute confidence in recommending Gail for anyone who needs to market a home.
