This morning, I walk into the office to hear my partner excited with glee- like the tv musical- as Gail and our listing coordinator, Phil Johnson, plug my ears with headphones to listen to a song he wrote and sang as tribute to his frustrating buying experience. The song was incredible! In this jazzy spoken word style, Phil sings about what it takes to buy a home in such a competitive market paralleled with tight lending requirements. The song blew us away. Within hours several of us offered to participate in the video component… and here is the end product! Needless to say, Phil started working with Gail and me and we found him a home. He is set to close on his first home in The Heights at the end of October, 2011. Joy!
